DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE BEFORE STARTNG HIGHER PURPOSE FITNESS BOOT CAMP?

No. All of our boot camps are designed to challenge all fitness levels. Whether you are super fit or haven’t exercised in years, everyone can benefit from our program. The important thing is that you begin as soon as possible.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING ON THE FIRST DAY OF HIGHER PURPOSE FITNESS BOOT CAMP?

All the equipment is provided. We recommend bringing a water bottle, a towel, and a positive attitude. 🙂

HOW LONG IS EACH BOOT CAMP?

Each Boot Camp runs for 45 minutes which includes the warm-up, the workout, and the cool-down.

HOW MANY DAYS EACH WEEK DO THE BOOT CAMPS MEET?

We meet each morning Monday through Saturday!

WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT/EXERCISES ARE USED?

This program includes Metabolic Resistance Training, TRX Suspension Training, Kettlebells, Resitance Bands, High Intensity Interval Cardio, Plyometrics, and much more.

I’M NOT A RUNNER, IS THIS BOOT CAMP FOR ME?

Yes. We have developed this program to increase your strength, muscle tone, and endurance with each class. Every person is at a different fitness level so every class is designed to accommodate this fact.

SHOULD I CONTINUE WITH HIGHER PURPOSE FITNESS BOOT CAMPS AFTER THE FIRST MONTH’S SESSION?

Yes! For optimum results, fitness and healthy eating should be a lifestyle; “quick fixes” don’t work. You will increase your strength, muscle tone, endurance, and maximize your fat loss with each session. Also, you will learn A LOT about healthy eating, which is #1 when it comes to fat loss.
