DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE BEFORE STARTING AT HIGHER PURPOSE FITNESS®?

Absolutely not! 🙂  All of our Personal Group Training Sessions are designed to challenge ALL fitness levels. Whether you haven’t exercised in years or you’re already in pretty good shape, everyone can benefit from our program. The important thing is that you begin as soon as possible!

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY FIRST SESSION AT HIGHER PURPOSE FITNESS®?

All the equipment is provided. We recommend bringing a water bottle, a towel, and a positive attitude. 🙂

HOW LONG IS EACH SESSION?

Each Personal Group Training Session runs for 45 minutes which includes the warm-up, the demonstrations/instructions, the workout, and the cool-down.

HOW MANY DAYS EACH WEEK DO YOU HAVE SESSIONS?

We meet each morning Monday through Saturday, AND, in the evenings Monday through Thursday.

WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT/EXERCISES ARE USED?

This program includes TRX Suspension Training, Kettlebells, Resitance Bands, HIIT Cardio, Plyometrics, Metabolic Resistance Training, and much more.

I’M NOT A RUNNER, WILL YOUR PROGRAM WORK FOR ME?

Absolutely! We have developed this program to increase your strength, muscle tone, and endurance with each session – WITHOUT RUNNING! 🙂
